Interior Redesign Consultation
After meeting, we will talk about the room you want redesigned...how you use the room, what you want left in the room and what is most important to you.
(We may take measurements during the consultation.)
Interior Redesign/Makeover
- $300 per room, up to 4 hours; $50 each additional hour.
(discount applied for multiple rooms)
The average time for a room redesign is about 3-4 hours. The room will be totally emptied of furniture, artwork, area rugs and accessories. At that time, we can evaluate the shape and focal point of the room. Items will be rearranged to create a warm, functional and inviting space.
Real Estate Staging
- Consultation (Pre-staging evaluation and report) $200; usually 2-3 hours.
- Staging $65 hour
Staging really is a "win/win" service...in these times of a slow real estate market, staging will help set your house apart from the others!
According to the National Association of Realtors, for the cost of a few hundred dollars, you can increase the value of your property significantly. We will look at each room and determine what changes will have the most impact on the sale of your home. We will then return and perform the necessary tasks to help sell your home. If your home is empty, we can rent furniture and accessories to completely stage and accessorize a few rooms or the entire home. This will create a warm and inviting welcome for your prospective buyers.
